A review for them is long overdue! My 1 year old is an established patient since birth and they’ve been the best I could ever ask for! However, today was my first time there as a new patient. I went in for depression and seen Katie Minga (she’s also my daughter’s pediatrician). This is my first time ever discussing my depression with a healthcare provider and I’m glad it was with her! I cried and cried. After talking about everything, SHE PRAYED OVER ME! I’m huge on religion and I’ve never had that happen before. Thank God for healthcare providers like Katie Minga! The prayer was so sincere and heartfelt, and I loved every word she spoke over me. If I could rate them 100 stars, I definitely would!!! And to top it off, I was given this beautiful gift as a new patient. If you ever need a new pcp, don’t hesitate to go to IM&PC
I've been seeing Jennifer Barnes for years and she is an excellent nurse practioner. She is extremely committed and caring. I just visited this facility after discovering Jenny had joined this practice. That being said this is undoubtedly the best office ever! Everyone is friendly and courteous. The lab tech drew my blood on the first stick and that says alot in my case. The facility is large and very clean with spacious waiting areas. I'm so thankful Jenny has relocated her practice here
We had the BEST experience at IMPC this afternoon. The nurses and staff were so kind and got us in quickly. Katie went above and beyond to love and take good care of my sweet baby!

Dr Tomsic took a lot of time examining me for my visit for surgery follow up. She was very courteous and efficient!

Dr. Rhinewalt and all of his staff are so friendly and seem like professional caring people. They make you feel like a person instead of just a number. That is very important to me. I recommend them to anyone looking for professional health care!!!

Very caring professional staff
IMPC of new Albany is the place to be! My newborn and I had a horrific experience at a pediatric clinic in Tupelo. A friend suggested IMPC and I am forever thankful! It’s a 40 min drive from my home but it’s worth it! They are super nice and informative. The facility is modern, welcoming, and kid friendly. I love they have a “well” side and a “healthy” side. They are even open on Saturdays. They have about 6 providers and the receptionist suggested having 2 that I prefer, that way if I need to come in and one doctor is out, there will be someone else I know and am comfortable with! So now my daughter sees Dr Tomsic and my son sees Dr Simpson. Even Kathy behind the scenes is super energetic and enthusiastic about helping with insurance and new patient forms. You can tell everyone loves their job there. I’m so happy to be a part of the IMPC new Albany family!
Dr. Simpson is such a pleasure to be around. Her personality and great bed side manner is just two of her great qualities as a doctor. She is very positive and interactive with the children which is always helpful in their care. Another thing about Dr. Simpson that I, as a parent love, is that she takes her time and explains things and gives you time to ask any questions you may have. We love Dr. Simpson!
As always, top notch! Even after the visit I had to call about one if my meds. My problem was handled in a quick and satisfactory manner!
